MULTIMOBIL 2.5 is an operator-friendly X-ray with a 2.5 kW high-frequency power generator, which ensures that only a film effective dose is produced over the entire duration of the exposure while suppressing the unwanted skin dose. It has set a new standard among high-frequency generators by delivering consistent output even when the input power supply voltage falls to a value as low as 170 volts or even when the supply rises to a high of 265 volts.

A Comparision - high frequency and 2- pulse

With a conventional 2 pulse x-ray generator, voltages from zero to the nominal voltage are generated. But only voltages higher than approximately 75% of nominal voltages value contribute to film balancing. we refer to this as useful radiation. Lower voltages
(less than 75% of the value of the nominal voltage) produce soft radiation, which is partly absorbed by the patient body.
