Description
The Mallinckrodt Nasal RAE Endotracheal Tube features a preformed curve design intended to reduce kinks and disconnects, maintain a patent airway, and remove the circuits and connectors from the surgical field. The mallinckrodt endotracheal tube is provided with a separate monitoring lumen incorporated into the wall of the tube, which opens into the main lumen just inside the distal tip. This tube is engineered using a softer material which is specially formulated for nasal intubation. The mallinckrodt endotracheal tube is equipped with murphy eyes, one on each side. The tube is equipped with two circular depth marks which may aid in proper positioning of the tube. The tube is sterile and is meant for single use only. They come in a standard packing of 10 units per box.
