- The Ethicon Endo Enseal G2 Super Jaw Tissue Sealer is compatible with Gen11 Ethicon Endosurgery Generator
- It is meant to be used for open procedures
- Its large, curved jaw seals and cuts vessels up to 7 mm consistently through high-uniform compression
- Patented I-BLADE provides high uniform compression along the entire length of the 40 mm curved jaw to ensure a strong seal
- The device has the ability to close the upper and lower jaws to a pre-determined height while the I-Blade reaches the distal tip
- Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) technology maintains tissue temperature at ~100°C
- Unique temperature-regulating PTC material was designed to minimize sticking
- It seals vessels with minimal lateral thermal spread
- Offset electrode technology helps contain energy flow within jaws, which helps to minimize thermal spread, while the PTC maintains sealing temperature at ~100°C
- It is designed for 360°, one-handed rotation of the device shaft
- The super jaw tissue sealer is available in the length of 22 cm
