- Kit consists of:

- Valve needle = V (Allows guidewire insertion and aspiration without disconnecting the syringe. Prevents air embolism and excessive blood loss during guidewire insertion)

- Seldinger needle = S (Active safety clip (after use) to prevent needle stick injury)

- The certofix catheters comes with a highly flexible and resilient guide wire made out of Nitinol. The guide wire characteristics are well suitable for easy advancing through venous obstructions. “J” and straight tip are interchangeable and as such the guide wire direction can be changed.

- The radio-opaque polyurethane catheter, with soft tip, features a transparent extension line with slide clamp for short-term interruption

- The catheter is equipped with length markings for accurate catheter placement

- The CVC catheter comes with integrated fixation wings for an optimal fixation
